This agreement is a legal contract between you and Clash VPN (the “Service Provider”) regarding your download, installation, access, and use of the VPN App and related services.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and accepted this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative versions of the App, its trademarks, interface, or technical materials without authorization. You are responsible for protecting your account, device, and login credentials, and you understand that jailbreaking, rooting, or installing untrusted components may affect security and stability.
The Service may integrate necessary third-party services such as app distribution, crash logging, analytics, or payment processing. When using those functions, you may also be bound by the respective terms and privacy policies of those providers.
Service functionality depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. Clash VPN is not responsible beyond the extent required by law for failures caused by device arrears, data caps, poor signal, local network policy, or carrier restrictions. Data charges outside Wi-Fi or while roaming are your responsibility.
Users are responsible for their own conduct and must comply with applicable laws and third-party platform rules. We work to maintain route information, node status, and client versions, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every region at all times. The App may release updates for compatibility and security, and you agree to install current versions when necessary.
